Responsibilities

人事業務全般をお任せいたします。 業務内容：

• 人事企画：人事制度、人事規定の管理、改定(連携業務)
• 人事管理：人事異動、人員管理、組織変更、組織管理、人事考課、昇格・昇進手続き
• 労務管理：勤怠、給与、社保の管理、安全衛生、組合対応、海外人事、海外給与
• 福利厚生：寮・社宅、慶弔、DB・DC・退職金制度
• 教育研修：教育、研修
• 採用：新卒、中途、非正規雇用
• その他管理：人事システム(COMPANY、Workday)管理、子会社管理、安全衛生、各種予実管理

Requirements

必須要件：

• 人事関連業務(給与・社保、制度設計など)に3年以上携わっている方

歓迎要件：

• メーカーでの業務経験
• COMPANY使用経験
• 英語（メール、会話）
