Our client offers healthcare communication services to physicians and pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities

Support Finance Director and global headquarters by providing various financial reports on local operations.Work closely with local business leaders as a business partner to provide accurate, complete, and timely value-added analysis to support strategy, action plan development, decision making, and appropriate resource allocation to drive current business performance.

Main responsiblities:

• Prepare annual business plan/budget and presentation materials for global review, as well as monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, track actual results, and provide meaningful explanations for variances between forecasts and actual results.
• Prepare various reports to global/regional offices and respond to ad hoc requests from global/regional offices.
• Attend meetings to understand the local business, assist local business leaders in making key decisions and provide meaningful financial information on a regular basis, and perform various analyses to ensure targeted revenues and profits.
• Maintain local database related to job management system and communicate with IT department and outsourcing vendors during enhancements and trouble-shooting
• Assists in streamlining financial and accounting processes, including transactions between finance and account services, for prompt and accurate financial forecasting.
• Develop a deep understanding of business profitability and other financial KPIs (FTE, direct labor, OH%, utilization, realization, etc.)
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Advanced communication skills
• Good understanding of business processes and the drive to translate numbers into recommendations for actionable plans
• Advanced knowledge of commercial financial planning (3+ years of experience in financial planning required)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large volumes of raw data
• Proficiency in business English (oral and written)
• Willingness and ability to go above and beyond assigned tasks

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred)
• USCPA(preferred)
• English:　Advanced Level
