Responsibilities

• Planning digital strategies based on management strategies.
• Formulate new solutions using the latest technologies and formulate proposals.
• Promote and manage system development projects to realise change through IT.
• Approaching CxOs and LOBs and building relationships with them.
• Propose renewal of existing solutions and addition of new services and function.

Requirements

• Project experience in the financial domain at a consultancy firm.
• Experience in development, design, and project management of financial systems.
• Japanese language skills to facilitate decision-making at client management level by preparing and communicating documents.
• Business level Japanese

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience: 

• Knowledge of business, operations, and systems for the insurance industry
• Experience in financial projects at an IT vendor.
• Experience in information systems, planning and marketing departments in financial institutions and insurance companies.
• Experience in planning and sales of solutions for the financial sector.
