- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Management of all matters related to:
- Secure and increase the customer satisfaction (Related to 0km-Quality, Field-Quality and quality KPIs of customers and company view in the specific Region)
- Avoidance / reduction of costs related to external quality actions, like 0Km- and field- claims as well as recall campaigns.
- Management of internal quality related costs like internal defects, scrap improvement, Ramp up support
- Aggregated view of the Q-Situation of the customers in the field of responsibility.
- Customer Management
- Focus on customer satisfaction from plants on regional level
- Voice of Customer (VoC) as input from cust. portal view and personal feedback in region
- Leading quality related projects to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage regional Q-Meetings and escalations issues from customer
- Customer satisfaction on management level
- Warranty Management
- Verify warranty contracts to supplier and customer
- Training and support of customer warranty requirements to plants in the regions
- Handle warranty topics within the regions plants (e.g. SQI/TQI, annual accountings, warranty improvement projects)
- Control and verify customer invoices on regional level plants
- Warranty Reporting's (e.g. Waran, TQI consolidation etc.) – actively monitor and reduce warranty costs in region
- Systematic Improvement
- Structural problem-solving approach – training on Problem Solving etc.
- Supports Plants on serious problems with additional Headcount and knowledge
- Works on Inputs from (regional) quality projects (0-km, field, internal defects)
- Quality projects to be handled independently from daily plant quality work
- Safety
- Compliance with the health and safety rules at the workplace
- Reporting any health and safety abnormalities encountered in any area of the company

Minimum requirements:
- Quality and Environment
- Compliance with quality and environment policy and implementation of tasks resulting from QMS and EMS documents
- Knowledge of the Quality Management System documentation (procedures, instructions, processes operating in the personnel department)
- Problem Solving
- Using the company's Problem Solving approach incl. standard quality toolbox tools (Ishikawa, 5-Why, Is-IsNot, etc.) to reach the real reason for the problem
- Striving to remove the real reason for the problem)
- Standardization of processes
- Standardization of ongoing processes and prioritization
- Keeping deadlines of the tasks realization
- Eliminating losses in all processes
- Continuous improvement
- Continuous striving to increase their competence, expanding experience and knowledge
- Search for innovations / new solutions and methods
- Qualifications& Professional Competence
- Academic Background: technical or economics university degree
- Seniority: Professional seniority in Quality desirable
- Languages: Japanese(fluent) and English (Business Level)
- Good social and communication skills
- Professional and self-confident manner
- Background in Quality processes required.
