Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 海外向け空調機の技術サポート
• 現地社員、取引先向けの技術指導
• 現地サービスエンジニア向けの技術支援ツール、コンテンツの企画、制作
• サービス品質、顧客満足度向上に向けた施策の検討、推進
• 空調機の保守サービス、省エネルギーサービスの企画、推進（本人の希望・適正をみて担当業務を決定します）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 機械/電気製品・設備のメンテナンスやサービスエンジニアの経験
• 電気回路の知識
• 社内外とのコミュニケーション能力
• Excel、Wordスキル(中級以上)
• 英語能力（中級以上）※実務経験があればTOEICスコアは不問

歓迎要件：

• 冷凍サイクルの知識
• 空調機のメンテナンス経験
• ビルのエネルギー管理経験
• 海外勤務経験
