Responsibilities

業務内容：

• リーダーの指示、支援のもと、以下の業務を行います
  • 国内・海外修理拠点に提供する製品修理技術情報の作成、現地への修理技術指導や問合せへの対応
  • 市場での品質トラブルへの対応（現地への窓口、及び社内関連部門との調整等）
• 修理方法の決定/製品技術情報（サービスマニュアル）作成においては技術部門と、品質問題解決にむけては品質部門と連携して業務を実行
• 修理方法の決定、サービスパーツ選定
  • サービスマニュアル作成
  • 国内・海外修理拠点への技術情報提供・技術指導・相談への対応
  • 市場品質問題への対応

Requirements

必須要件：

• オーディオ機器などの修理業務、または電気・機構設計/開発業務経験
• 英語レベル：中級（意思伝達できるレベル）

• 当社DJ機器やアプリケーションの使用経験
• 問題点解決に向け主体的に行動できる
• ユーザー視点での行動ができる
