Our client is a Japanese startup company that runs a live streaming platform dedicated to animated characters. They utilize AI technology to bring characters to life with a single illustration, enabling users to attend events and send gifts within the platform. Additionally, they offer a variety of services, including talent discovery and development for live streamers.

Responsibilities

• 戦略立案：中長期でのプラットフォームや多数あるコミュニティの理想状態とそこにいたる複数の戦略の立案
• 実行プラン作成：戦略に基づいてイベントを中心とした施策を実行可能なプランに落とし込む
• チームを率いた戦略実行：戦略を適切にチームに伝え、マネジメントし、戦略を実行する
• 中長期の組織マネジメント：自身がより抽象的かつ難易度の高い仮説に取り組むために、メンバーを育成し、適切に業務をデリゲートし、組織としてプラットフォームの理想状態を追い求める状態を作り続ける

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic planning
  • Develop the ideal state of the platform and its many communities over the medium to long term, and multiple strategies to reach that state.
• Creation of action plans
  • Developing actionable plans for events and other measures based on the strategies.
• Team-led strategy execution
  • Communicate, manage, and execute the strategy to the team as appropriate.
• Mid- to long-term organizational management
  • Develop members to work on more abstract and challenging hypotheses, delegate work appropriately, and continue to create a state where the organization pursues the ideal state of the platform

Minimum requirements:

• Basic skills as a planner
• Ability to plan in the entertainment domain (ability to understand and imagine the user experience and plan accordingly)
• Ability to work with numerous stakeholders and execute tasks while adhering to QCD
• Skills as an owner of new hypothesis testing
• Ability to develop new strategies related to entertainment measures
• Ability to define conditions for achieving hypotheses that are difficult to set in quantitative numbers
• Ability to build plans for implementing strategies
• Ability to appropriately communicate background and expectations to subordinate members and stakeholders and delegate tasks
• Experience in managing a team
