- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients and channels to drive growth
- Identify key decision makers within the prospective client organization and build relationships over a sustained period of time
- Work with the cross-functional team to develop proposals and sales strategies that drive value, solves problems and meets the objectives for the client as well as their customers if applicable
- Understand the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry and competitor offerings
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a mutually beneficial conclusion
- Partner on product design and managing opportunity evaluation and pricing process
- Negotiate client contracts to completion with support from the legal team
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 10+ years of complex sales experience with strategic clients
- Experience directly selling to target channels. Example channels include wireless telecom; e-commerce and retailers (Amazon, BIC Camera); manufacturers (Samsung, Sony)
- Experience in business/corporate development, sales and revenue growth, selling technology enabled services or software as a service (SaaS) in a complex sales environment.
- Demonstrate strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
- Has strong listening and positioning skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
- Ability to present highly complex processes at the executive and managerial client levels, as well as internal operational meetings.
- Strong experience and proficiency in creating your own presentations and proposals in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and financial/data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Japanese level: Native
- English level: Intermediate
- Detail-oriented and has highly developed organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates a positive and outgoing personality in interacting with clients/new business prospects with a professional demeanor.
- A resourceful and positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability and desire to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to partner with a cross functional team as part of the selling process, but also understand and effectively present our overall solution on your own.
- Strong relationship management skills; proven ability to influence internal colleagues from all business functions.
