Our client is a domestic company with a global presence, specializing in the development and manufacturing of precision cutting tools, dicing saws, and laser processing systems. Their products are used in various industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, and medical equipment.

Responsibilities

高分子、樹脂、ポリマーなどに関する、多種多様な化学製品の研究開発を担当いただきます。
業務内容：

• 研究開発～量産移管、スケールアップまで、上流から下流までを一気通貫で担当
• 内製化に力を入れている環境のため、開発テーマは多岐にわたります
• 月1回、最大1週間程度広島工場への出張の可能性があります

Requirements

必須要件：

• ３年以上のポリマー押出成形、射出成形、注型機での開発経験
• ３年以上の樹脂、CMP、研磨パッド、スラリー、いずれかのキーワードに関する研究開発経験
