Our client develops new solutions for medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP transaction projects, specifically with regard to the CRM and service management.
• Lead the project management of implementation projects and assigning tasks to implementation and technical team members
• Understand a client's current business processes, and be able to create to-be business processes
• Supporting agreed upon scope of work and providing task/time details
• Assist with the development of training materials and conduct end user training
• Develop a thorough understanding of the SAP software and add-ons we sell
• IT Front Desk/Help Desk of the Japanese branch office (30 staffs in Tokyo, 8 in Osaka 3 other location)
• Other duties as assigned such as network infrastructure (router, security device)

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as an SAP Business One Implementation Consultant
• Bachelor's degree in a business or information technology related field
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, this is a customer-facing position
• Must be a professional, team-oriented player that is willing to work independently and be a self-starter
• Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills are critical
• Highly skilled in manipulating data in Excel
• ERP experience preferred: SAP, Salesforce.
