Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, control and management of the Project Team and all stakeholders from project kick-off to ensure the successful delivery of Internal and External products to the markets in accordance with the project scope and in line with the target launch dates
• Develop, co-ordinate and execute detailed Product Launch Project Plans including project timelines, schedules and reports.
• Project Management of approximately 20 new launch molecules at a time across multiple complex supply chains in the region and ensuring that high profile launches are prioritised internally across the various functions.
• Manage, align and monitor the specialist functions relevant to the launch process including Regulatory, Quality, Strategic Sourcing, Business Development, Tech Ops, Affiliates, IP, Supply Chain, Artworks Dept, Finance
• Identify cross-functional project dependencies. Initiate and facilitate cross-functional meetings as necessary to achieve goals.
• Help to determine new and creative ways to employ teams on projects and effectively distribute work packages and responsibilities.
• Manage and orchestrate stakeholder interactions and expectations for multiple projects for the market
• Proactively anticipate and identify risks or constraints and drive resolution of issues through action and results oriented approach.
• Escalate potential delays to the project schedule to ensure issues can be resolved on time to meet key milestones and target launch dates.
• Work with new and existing contract manufacturing, packaging and testing sites. Build relationships to ensure that strong business links are established.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to communicate the launch plan and performance (project progress, schedule, changes and deliveries) ensuring visibility to all stakeholders.
• Ensure the maintenance of all milestones on My Portfolio for assigned products.
• Provide up to date and accurate data on projects for reporting purposes.
• Continuously drive to improve and contribute to the Launch Process by actively challenging existing models and proposing alternative practices including developing and enhancing project templates and reporting tools that can be used throughout the Product Launch process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in industry in project management, technical operations, and product launch or supply chain.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Process Improvement
• Excellent communication, presentation and decision making skills
• Strong and proven management skills set.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Ability to operate well in fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving ability.
