Our client is a manufacturer of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Will design and develop equipment control programs and control components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment (plasma CVD, plasma ALD-thin film forming equipment). Although it is a development-type work, it is necessary to handle a wide range of equipment adjustment work, customer demonstration support, customer progress presentations, etc. 
• As for many business trips, around 1/5 of the year is business trips to  overseas subsidiaries and customers. Overseas business destinations are the United States, Taiwan, Ireland, etc. 

[Specifically] 

• PLC system construction and control program design ((1) Process control in process chamber, (2) Wafer transfer control to process chamber, (3) Communication interlock control to customer host system) 
• Circuit design of control panels, switchboards, etc. 
• Mounting evaluation, data analysis, improvement 
• Cooperation and coordination with other development departments and vendors 

 

Requirements

• Experienced control software development experience in some devices 
• English (intermediate level) 

Welcome experience / skills:

• Visual C ++ or Delphi experience in Windows environment 
• English (advanced level)

7 - 9.2 million yen
