Responsibilities
  • Title: Recruiting Manager
  • Report to: TA Manager
  • Job Purpose: Coordinate, conduct and follow up the recruitment process.
  • Main Activities -Communication
  • Optimize relationships with partners and / or organizations
  • Partner with hiring managers and also HR Business Partners to gain mutual agreement on qualifications, requirements and experiences necessary for all open requisitions, including completion of intake form if required -Methods / Organization
  • Optimize the organization and / or resources
  • Develop and lead a network of contacts -Recruitment
  • Prepare and put in place recruitment processes and procedures
  • Arrange and conduct interviews, and manage interview schedules
  • Create job descriptions for positions to fill
  • Implement the HR policy guidelines on recruitment
  • Participate in selecting and monitoring the performance of recruiting agencies
  • Analyze and process the recruitment needs of their structure
  • Analyze and process job applicants
  • Assist and advise operational and / or functional staff with recruitment matters
  • Track and report key hiring activities’ analytic
  • Design, plan and implement New-grads recruitment strategy
  • Attend recruitment functions and events such as job fairs, and agency and campus events as needed
  • Review and improve hiring process for regular, contract and temp. staffs
  • Assess performances of recruiting agencies and temp. staff vendors
  • Manage contracts with recruiting agencies and temp. staff vendors -Others
  • Manage and report HR KPIs in a timely manner
Requirements
Requirements:
  • More than 3 years’ experience as a recruitment manager (international company preferred)
  • Experience in recruiting a range of different candidates at different career levels.
  • Solid interview knowledge and interview skills (STAR or competency and behavioral analysis).
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experiences and knowledge on direct sourcing
  • Ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Native level Japanese and Good communication in English(oral and reading & writing)
Remuneration
  • Base salary: up to 7.5 M jpy per year
  • Bonus: 20 % of annual base at the maximum(average 12 %) *calculation term is January – December and paid in March in the next year
