Company overview

Our client is a domestic company with a global presence, specializing in the development and manufacturing of precision cutting tools, dicing saws, and laser processing systems. Their products are used in various industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, and medical equipment.

Responsibilities

 輸出管理室貿易法務チームのメンバーとして、下記業務を担当いただきます。

• 輸出に関する法令遵守体制の構築、維持
• 外為法と米国再輸出規制（EAR）の求める「安全保障貿易管理」に係る各種社内業務（該非判定、各種審査（取引審査・顧客審査）、教育、内部監査、規程類の管理、輸出相談対応等）
• 輸出管理規制当局（経済産業省等の関係官庁及び米国BIS）やCISTEC等関係団体との折衝

Requirements

必須条件：

• 安全保障貿易管理の実務経験（5年以上） 

歓迎条件：

• STC Legal Expert／STC Expertの資格
• 官公庁や外部関連機関との対外折衝経験
• 半導体製造装置、部分品、組み込みソフトの判定知識
• 経済産業省の立ち入り検査の対応経験
