- Responsibilities

- Act as a key contact person for our clients
- Conduct sales project management and coordinate customer discussions, studies, and deliverables
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches
- Support the business developers with processing incoming leads
- Requirements

- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record either within sales and business development for logistics products or systems, 3PLs sales, supply chain consulting firm, robotics, automation, automation system/equipment, automation related, material handling or robotics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to convey key messages to partners and clients
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
