Responsibilities

• Increase revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts in Japan and Asia Market
• Build relationship with Japan Apparel brands and leverage the relationship to gain the new businesses.
• Develop new client base by utilizes team’s sustainable product range
• Create and manage account strategies to deliver on sales goals to enable top-line growth and gain share, and maximize profitability.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Working closely with global Business Development teams to support new products / solutions development & launch in Japan and Asia market.
• Develop advertising campaigns, tradeshows, promotions for business growth
• Act as the customer’s primary point of contact for coordinating Japan account needs.
• Base in Japan, travel within Japan and some levels of travel outside of Asia
• Report to Regional Sales Manager, Asia Pacific

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years practical sales experience with quota responsibility, market development, account planning, customer engagement, etc.
• Significant apparel industry and large retailer experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involves negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience.
• Strong business-level written, verbal and presentation skill in English.
• Skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies at targeted accounts.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
