- Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product.
- Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives.
- Researches customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products.
- Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
- Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements.
- Prepares sales forecasts.
- Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.
- "Understand and articulate their full line of business offers, capabilities, benefits, competitive advantage, and identify opportunities within each of these areas for sales.
- Cultivate and maintain long term relationships
- Support commercial, technical, and data sales proposals
- Develop communication and market concepts, material and toolboxes for product launches, customer outreach, etc.
- Support sales plans to achieve money, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build a robust pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues
- Requirements
-
- 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales or related domains
- A successfully completed commercial or technical degree
- Experience in the Engineering/Advertising/Automobile/Energy/Shosya industry,
- Experienced handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PPT
- Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
- Open-minded and committed personality with a passion for teamwork"
- Open to business travels (including both domestic and international)
- Business level verbal and written communication skills in English
- Japanese native
- Having experienced in selling engineering products.
