Responsibilities

• 顧客で発生した品質問題の優先順位の決定および問題解決
• 問題解決に必要な関係部門との協業
• 問題解決の社内外への報告書作成と説明
• ISO監査対応

Requirements

必須要件：

• 半導体業界でのご経験
• 半導体製造装置サービス、技術サポート、エンジニアリング業務のご経験
• 読み書きレベルの英語力

歓迎要件：

• 顧客および社内関係部門の方とコミュニケーション経験のある方
• 問題の分析や改善案の立案、発信、管理経験のある方
• グローバルチームと英語で問題解決に従事した経験のある方
• プロジェクトチームリーダー／メンバー経験のある方
• 出張可能な方（国内・海外）
