Responsibilities

業務内容：

• グループマネージャーは、担当エリアにおけるプロダクトオーナーの立ち位置となります。
• グループマネージャは直属のグループ員を指揮、監督する
• 会社、部門の戦略的目標をグループレベルの目標に落とし込み、グループ員の成果を管理する
• 担当エリアにおいて、プロジェクト要求・目標を満足した製品開発をリードする
• 継続的なコスト低減活動をリードする
• 業務計画に基づきグループの予算を策定、管理する
• グループ員が必要な業務経験、技術を身に着けられるよう人員開発計画を策定する
• オープンでお互いを信頼しあえるグループの環境を作る
• グループ員の業務が定められたプロセス通りに遂行されていることを担保する
• グループ員との相互のコミュニケーションを担保する
• 他部署、サプライヤ、他サイトなど様々なステークホルダーと強固な関係を築く
• 与えられた予算枠の中でグループのリソースを整理する
• タイムレポートの承認
• 委任が必要な場合、最も近いマネージャーを表現する
• 品質と適時性を確保するためにDCNと他の技術文書をリリースし承認する
• 品質、コスト、タイムスケジュールに関するプロジェクトマネージャとの契約の承認
• グループレベルでのプロジェクトのQDCFの承認
• グループのプロダクトオーナーとなる

Requirements

必須要件：

• 車両設計の経験
• グループマネジメントの経験
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）、日本語（ネイティブレベル）
