Responsibilities

• 人事領域でのBPR実行にむけたコンサルタントとして、クライアントの現状調査、分析、課題・解決策提示、解決策の運用支援と
• 一気通貫でクライアントと共にPJTを推進していきます。

Requirements

◎必須（いずれかに該当）

• PJT推進のご経験のある方
• クライアントへ課題解決に向けた提案経験のある方
• 忍耐強く課題と向き合い思考できる方
• 顧客思考の強い方

◎歓迎

• 人事業務のBPR経験のある方
• 変化を恐れずチャレンジ精神旺盛な方
