Our client is the Japanese subsidiary to a thriving multinational technology firm. With a unique industry focus on automotive and industrial technology, they operate in over 30 countries and offer a wide product range of systems and software solutions to companies around the world.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service business and technical support for all customers in Japan.
• Provide technical assistance and field support.
• Coordinate and drive the service support for JOEMs and communicate and align internally.
• Plan and execute technical training to external customers by following training policies
• Appoint new service partners according to our service strategies and provide necessary actions to strength service capabilities of new partners.
• Sales promotion of our diagnostic tools.

Requirements

• Over 5 years technical and/or mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive industry
• Experience in managing external partner companies
• University degree or technical college degree
• Fluent in both Japanese and English
