Beginning in diesel systems, gasoline systems, chassis systems, electronic equipment, transmission control, including sensors, this compnay is doing a wide range of development, manufacturing and sales of automotive components.

Responsibilities

You will be in charge of either ① or ② below.
①

• Manage HMI SW developed by a third party and integrate it into an IVI system
• Support planning and execution of agile development, synchronize SW packages in multi-party development
• For HMI SW integration developed by a third party, Technical interface between other company and in-house design team
• Planning test cases and test schedules for system testing
• Regular information sharing and technical review with each function person in the in-house R & D team to carry out the above tasks

• As an HMI expert for infotainment and cluster development, lead and manage HMI development activities between overseas customer teams and development teams.
• HMI requirements and specification management.
• Onsite test, debugging to confirm HMI function.
• Track and follow up on related HMI development issues.
• Presentation of technical HMI topics and negotiations with customers.
• Change request management.

Requirements

Mandatory experience / knowledge:

• HMI development, SW development
• 2 years or more of SW / system development or evaluation experience for automobile electronic parts or consumer electronic products
• Ordinary car driver's license
• Interest in car multimedia products
• English (business) ), Japanese (native level) proficiency (conversation / reading / writing)
• Ability to convince and influence each other in internal and external communication, negotiation ability
• Teamwork ability in an international environment
• Reliable Ability to provide deliverables
• Ability to actively pursue problem solving
• Motivation to acquire new technology

Desirable experience / knowledge:

• Android OS experience
• Infotainment product development or evaluation experience
• HMI development tool use Experience (Qt, EB Guide, Altia, CGI, etc)
• Work experience with JOEMs
• Experience of project manager
• Strong leadership in global and multi-party project setting to take over technical responsibility
