Company overview

Our client is an American company primarily involved in engineering, development and manufacturing of turbochargers and related forced induction systems for ground vehicles from small passenger cars to large trucks and industrial equipment and construction machinery

Responsibilities

• Work within current Kodama supply chain team dedicated for Turbo Japan business as team leader.
• Target assignment is Customer Desk and SIOP process but it is not limited to this assignment.
• Work as an Intercompany representative and communicate with other plants on a regular basis
• Manage the whole process of Intercompany business (from order intake to shipping)
• Arrange on-time delivery in cooperation with SCM team members, customers, and global team
• Maintain/update SAP system using various transactions to ensure customer order fulfillment
• Take part in various projects, such as design changes, NPI, and process/lead time improvement
• Prepare various SIOP materials on a weekly and monthly basis and update MP3 system
• Understand customs broker task and manage with forwarder or other external companies

Requirements

• English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Fluent Japanese
• Capability to learn SAP.
• Can work with oversea people.
