As the HR Manager of Japan, you will support the leadership teams in their growth agenda through strategic and operational HR deliverables in areas such as Work Force Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organisational Design & Development and Change Management covering all aspects of the employment life cycle and implementing local HR strategy.You will be a trusted partner to management on human resource-related issues.   • Strategy Implementation
    • You will, with guidance support development and implementation of human resource strategies and programmes associated with accomplishing business objectives.
    • You will use relevant information, data and reports to recommend policy and process solutions to address risks and opportunities and align with HR strategy and plans.  
  • HR Management
    • You will ensure a trusted working relationship with the mid-level leaders in your area of the business.
    • You will identify trends and issues that require solution and involve appropriate resources.
    • You will also participate in people management activities including partnering with the local business and working closely on HR topics like talent management, talent acquisition for key roles, employee development planning, annual performance review.
  • HR Processes
    • You will contribute to defining clear roles and responsibilities and streamlined internal HR processes.
    • You will also promote effective and proactive use of people management practices and systems and provide value added reporting enabling managers to make more effective, fact‐based and timely decisions
応募条件
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner, with some experience in OD/talent development as an advantage
  • Ability to quickly find your way in complex matrix organization and able to handle changes and challenging situations
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and Japanese
  • Strong business acumen and able to deliver integrated HR solutions to meet business needs
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes and practices, including in-depth knowledge of local employment and labour laws
