- Main responsibilities:
Determine how the monthly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enhancements deployed globally can be utilized in Japan, and deploy them to the localsales team so that these functions can be used effectively
Manage the business requirements and development / implementation projects for Business Intelligence (BI) reports for sales team, represented by sales Data Factory and sales Dashboard together with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team
Perform the system operation management in close cooperation with global SMEs and local outsourcers with appropriate prioritization
Operate the monthly MCCP cycle (Segmentation and Targeting by sales reps) collaborating with the SFE team and secure the quality of Bayer target HCP Data
