    業務内容
    Main Job Objective
    Ensure our book is maintained properly in a timely manner with Finance Senior ManagerCo-work with MSP (Managed Service Provider, a/k/a shared service center) located outside Japan to make sure our financial operations are processed properly
    Perform trouble shooting of the financial operation related issues with stakeholders such as Global Team, MSP, and local Finance Team
    Improve efficiency of financial operations
    Maintain right level of internal control over financial reporting

    Essential Job Responsibilities
    Prepare financial reporting to the global headquarters
    Review monthly closing to ensure all the revenue and expenses are booked properly, supporting Finance Senior Manager
    Be responsible for General Accounting, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Travel and Entertainment, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and etc., co-working with MSP. Supervise MSP as needed
    Lead or support so that we would have appropriate internal controls over financial reporting, including inventory counts

    The Finance Manager will control and administer the financial activities of the organization through internal control and compliance to ensure that accounting and local policies are compliant with global guidelines. The role will review financial process and implement strong control measure and collaborate with various functions of the organization to establish effective processes. The Finance Manager will also support overlooking the organization’s financial systems and budget & spending controls, and further manage ad hoc projects including business and operation improvements. Main responsibilities:
    Internal control and compliance
    Ensure adherence to corporate Finance policies and procedures, Compliance policies, due diligence processes and effective monitoring to maintain strong internal controls
    Communicate/Provide training to finance and cross functional teams on new policies, and play the lead role in affiliate change management where required
    Respond to internal/external audit
    Prepare and manage SOX documentation
    Accounting and budget / spending control
    Overseeing financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures
    Review accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, DSO, inventory, and monthly close process
    approvals of purchase orders and invoices
    System management including SAP material master and financial systems
    Process improvements and manage operations
    Partner with the commercial team to support the implementation of new business ideas and operational models by providing financial and compliance perspectives
    Manage business improvement projects such as process re-engineering, efficient processes in compliant manner in terms of lead-time, speed & quality of work which bring value to the business

    Main responsibilities:
    Performs all daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodic accounting and financial reporting in an accurate and timely nature, analyzing and investigating variances, summarizing data, information and trends.
    Performs analytical reviews of Financial Statements and explains any variances from Budget and Forecast.
    Coordinates and performs month end closing.
    Prepares and maintains the accounting records of all associated entities
    Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting data, for all financial reporting entities.
    Develops financial statements as and when required.
    Assists the Assistant Financial Controller in the budgeting & forecasting processes.
    Monitors Expense Management approach for any operation activities in all departments to ensure optimal efficiency and best performance has been considered.
    Monitors departmental internal controls and creates and implements Operating procedures as necessary.
    Coordinates the submission of periodic reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
    Coordinates all CSAQ and ISAQ submissions and carries out respective follow up.
    Provides adequate training, appraisals and coaching to team members of his/her area of responsibility in line with group Standards
    Carries out revenue and productivity related analyses in line with operational requirements and as directed by the AFC/DOF.
    Secures the accuracy of the interface mapping between the Hotel Operational Systems (PMS, POS, Delphi, Accounting, …).
    Monitors and administers update of exchange rate in PMS.
    Chairs credit meetings with the Account Receivable Clerk as required (minimum monthly) to communicate effectively with all involved personnel that they are kept current with pertinent information.
    Reviews, research credit worthiness of applicants and presents for approval or denial direct billing requests to the Assistant Financial Controller in a timely manner.
    Instructs all hotel departments as to the correct procedures regarding credit policies and ensures adherence to established credit policies.
    Attends pre and post function & sales meetings where high-value billing arrangements are involved.
    Carries out any other reasonable requests/projects/tasks as directed by the Director of Finance or the Assistant Financial Controller.

    Nature and aim of the position
    This is a management position reporting to the VP Accounting & Statutory Reporting • Finance - Accounting & Administration to ensure appropriate control over local financial and accounting related operations in cooperation with the central accounting team in the group. The Finance Manager is also in charge to ensure compliance with group and local policies, provides local support on legal (contractual obligations), tax matters and statutory reporting, provide local FP&A services and is responsible for accurate reporting of the company’s financial position to Management for 2 legal units.
    Main duties and responsibilities
    Monthly management and local reporting according to IFRS within set deadlines and in accordance with the group Corporate Finance Manual (CFM);
    Coordination of corporate legal and accounting books updates with the central accounting team in Europe and the local accounting firm.
    Establish and enforce proper local accounting methods, policies and principles;
    Coordinate and complete annual audits;
    Lead changes, improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;
    Support with finance expertise in local projects to ensure compliance with local law and regulations and proper system set up;
    Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;
    Responsible for local Finance and Administration budget;
    Support local financial management team for budget and forecasting
    Continued innovation to develop the tools that will achieve best practice in all operation and other admin related activities with the aim to increase efficiency and costs saving;
    Local Tax, VAT and WHT reporting;
    Support the CMD and local functions in business analysis, business cases and decision making
    Managing a local team of 2 persons;
