業務内容

• Oversea ＆ direct HR functions at Eurofins Japan グループ全体の人事機能に関する管理、監督
• Develop HR strategies, policies, and practice 人事戦略、規定等の策定と実行
• Coaching ＆ consulting leadership 事業部門の管理職への各種コーチング、コンサルティング
• Support building competitive organization 競争力のある組織を構築するための各種人事的支援

応募条件

REQUIRED PROFILE – JOB REQUIREMENTS: 要件 Education 教育 Initial Background 学歴

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from a four-year college or university, is desirable but not required 人事、労務関連の学士尚可 Additional / Certifications 資格
• Certified social insurance labore is desirable but not required、 社労士資格保有者大歓迎 Experience 経験
• 10 – 15 years of working as HR Business Partner at global companies with multiple group entities 10～1５年程度、HR ビジネスパートナーとして、グロー バル企業（日本国内で複数社グループ企業を抱える）での勤務経験
• 3-5 year experience in managing teams, 3 年～5 年程度チームの管理、監督経験
• Experience in leading HR integrations projects in M&A situations 事業買収案件に まつわる HR 関連業務をリードした経験
• Experience in high level HRBP communicating with corporate executive level in fast paced industry 動きの速い業界にて、事業会社の役員レベルを対象とした HR ビジネスパートナーとしての経験
