  業務内容

  ■業務内容：
  ◇輸出：安全保障の最終チェック、フォワーダへの通関指示(LC案件含む）、フライトアレンジ、船積み後の各種データ/書類関連管理、請求書処理、修正申告対応
  ◇輸入：輸入管理、フォワーダへの通関/配達指示、輸入後の書類関連管理、請求書処理、修正申告対応等
  ◇ロジスティクスシステムの構築既存システムの課題整理
  新システムの要件定義(業務効率化、ガバナンス統制の観点含む)
  システム刷新に係る社内外関係部署との調整業務

  ■組織としての担当業務：開発から量産までの各フェーズに係る輸出入、完成品/半製品の販売に係る輸出入、その他世界中で開催されるイベントに係る輸出入実務をコンプライアンス遵守の元、安心、安全、最短・低コストで実行する部隊です。
  各種法令、ルールを熟知し、輸出は効率よく最適解を導き出し、最終製品の海外販売に係る案件は適切な売上計上を実施、海外生産に係る輸入は評価加算を含む適切な納税管理を実施しています。また社内へは貿易実務講習会を開催し貿易の基礎知識から同社における貿易運用ルールまで社内の啓蒙活動を行っています。今後は更なるレベルアップを図るべく貿易に関する教育体制構築を推進する予定です。課内では積極的な業務効率化を推進、ガバナンス統制の為の新たなロジスティクスシステム構築の大きな構想があり、ロジスティクス部企画課と協業しながら今後さらに展開していく予定です。

  ■組織としての担当業務：同社グループの最適な物流体制を構築するため、航空会社、フォワーダー、運送業者等と連携して高品質な輸送を確保し、環境に優しい物流を実現します。また、国内外の物流課題に対して関係部門と調整し、物流改革・改善及び価格競争力のある輸送の確保により事業に貢献します。
  
  ■業務内容
  同社グループにおける全体最適の観点で、物流改革を推進するためのガバナンス強化及び業務効率向上を目指すとともに、関係部門への啓発を促し、物流戦略の企画、管理業務を積極的に推進します。
  主な業務内容は以下の通りで、ご経験に応じて担当頂く業務をアサインします。国際物流改革、改善活動の牽引（地政学リスク等の影響による不安定な物流市況における航空・海上輸送確保、運賃低減、海外物流改善等）
  国内物流最適化、効率化業務（国内輸送ルートの再構築、倉庫最適化、システム検討、トラック積載率向上、資材共通化等）
  物流におけるCO2削減、コストダウンへの取り組みでの成果創出
  各事業部との定例会議、各種活動の推進、取りまとめ
