Main responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics operations including outbound transportation, 3PL warehouse and resources planning for Japan & South Korea market.
- Identify and analyze the logistics operations and build a long-term vision, mission, and key strategies for the logistics operations in Japan & South Korea, with the support of the Corporate Centre of Excellence
- Process re-engineering for logistics & distribution function, establish standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations, drive process improvement in the Japan & South Korea
- Develops strong partnership with the Brand leaders, ensuring Logistics and Distribution operations are supporting the growth and strategic agenda of the 3 brands in Japan & South Korea
- Develop, build and evolve a logistics team to support the daily operations and ensure the KPIs are reviewed and consistently raise the KPIs target over time.
- Manages the different vendor contracts with logistics and 3PL service providers, ensuring the performance can meet expectations and acts as a 4PL lead for Japan & South Korea market.
- Work with the Capri International Logistics to Supervise freight forwarder on import & export activities, manage trade and customs compliance

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in retail / FMCG industry of which at least 5 years at managerial level
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Logistics, or related field
- Good interpersonal, leadership, people management and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Prior experience in managing Japan and S. Korea logistics operations and with good crosscultural awareness, adaptability and agility.
- Organized, customer-oriented and detail-minded.
- Proficient in MS offices applications and good knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Japanese Competencies

Preferred qualifications:- Familiar with retail industry and warehouse operations and strong logistics industry networking is highly preferred.
