Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Country Head in his various activities by providing active support.
- Maintenance of list of customer database
- Track and process invoicing for services & vendor management.
- Supporting Client's related and events with the company team
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their event specific concerns.
- Single Point of Contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, bills, and errands
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Expertise in scheduling meetings, calendar management, records, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.

Minimum requirements:
- More than 4 years of administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role providing support at a high level.
- Business-level English & Native-level Japanese language skills (verbal and written both is a must)
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Experience in Engineering Services/Automotives will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, quick learner, with a great passion for learning
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Precise and accurate writing ability
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
