業務内容
  • Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
  • Executes payroll for both local employees & expats *
  • Ensures payroll and company benefit execution on time in full together with HUB (offshore) in Malaysia and our outsourcing companies
  • Collaborate with HUB, Finance, and outsourcing companies for smooth execution and daily problem solving in operation related activities
  • Coordinates seconded employees and its operations*
  • Acts a window person between our group company inside/outside of Japan
  • Corresponds with regional Internal mobility team on employees’ transfer activities across countries
  • Being accountable for payroll and invoicing its cost through closely working with finance team
  • Supports HR planning to make us competitive in a market and operational excellence * - Advises C&B Senior Manager on opportunity for improvement as a subject matter expert
  • Lead initiatives to optimize current HR processes in line with legal requirements, internal company rules and projects.
  • Participates C&B related survey and its analysis and acts as window person for audit activities
  • Controls HR reporting requested by Global and Region e.g. audit, employee demography.

  • Job Requirements (minimum requirement to carry out the work)
  • Education Bachelor’s degree
  • WorkingExperience More than 5 years solid experience at payroll field.
  • Expat payroll experience and SAP payroll experience are welcome.
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge Basic knowledge of labor law, tax and payroll related accounting.
  • Language: Japanese ―Fluent, English―Intermediate
