業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Design, build and run the omni tools and digital applications that is required to deliver and support the information systems to drive the customer experience to support our business growth.
• Influence the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of digital platforms, tools, and technologies to support the omnichannel strategy.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance, customer engagement, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Advocating on behalf of the business stakeholders for the development team.
• Support and develop strong relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies, technology vendors and industry associations, to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in omnichannel marketing.
• Ensure completion of projects across all backend applications and systems related to app mobile ordering, digital couponing, delivery service.
• APIs, CRM, and other digital touchpoints in our stores to maximize both online and offline sales opportunities.
• Troubleshooting of the above-mentioned systems while working closely with business stakeholders.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• 5-years professional working experience in IT area of B2C business.
• 3+ years of Vendor management.
• Deep hands-on experience with application implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system changes and functionality to all employees.
• Experience setting up ongoing procedures for collection and review of project statuses and goals.
• Proficient in Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to understand issues and system errors from a technical standpoint.
• Excellent knowledge of API frameworks & Integration via API’s
• AWS infrastructure.
• Business level Korean language skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• QSR and/or retail industry experience would be a big plus.
