業務内容
Main responsibilities:
  • Manage all commercial related issues between end customer-T1-trading partner-FAS internal, coordinate within all parties to facilitate to solve all commercial issues during this long pass-through & import-export process
  • Change management from nomination until program EOP: based on sourcing phase product design, manage all design & cost change negotiations between customer and FAS (PP, VT, D&D, logistics, etc.)
  • Following Nissan budget process, prepare all requested cost breakdown and negotiate with customers with support from regions, to convince customer costing department to allocate budget
  • Coordinate with customer and internal to solve the gap in case of gap between FAS offer and customer budget
  • Support the team to execute customer process: prepare according documentation package to ensure closure of PDCT negotiation, VT validation, VT contract process, prices registration process, etc.
  • Management of steel index fluctuation mgt and retroactive settlement
  • Forex fluctuation mgt and retroactive settlement
  • Payment scheme coordination on retroactive impact
  • Support all related parts to solve all kind of commercial roadblocks during the Nissan-T1-tranding company1-tranding company2-FAS transaction process
  • Dispute and confilict management between end customer-t1-trading company-FAS plant
  • Coordinate contract review if necessary
  • Claim management
