- 業務内容
- ＜輸入業務＞海上輸送貨物のスケジュール管理
輸入に関する必要書類の作成、システム入力
主にメールによる海外仕入先や船会社（フォワーダー及び乙仲会社）と調整しながら、当社契約倉庫への入庫業務
＜品質管理＞入荷した製品の検品指示やクオリティーコントロール、倉庫の保管台数管理（月に1～2回、千葉県内倉庫での作業が発生することがございます）
備品発注や倉庫の管理全般
＜プロダクトマネジメント＞新製品やモデルチェンジ商品の国内認証取得作業、各種資料の翻訳や日本版作成
社内外に向けた研修イベントの準備・アシスタント
＜海外業務全般及びサポート＞既存の海外仕入先との連絡窓口として、メールでのやり取り（例：営業、技術担当からの日本語メールを翻訳して海外仕入先へ送信し、返信が届いたら和訳して社内担当へ共有）
顧客各社から要望のある各種証明書類の取り寄せ、翻訳作業
海外仕入先の担当者が来日した際のアテンド等
営業担当者、顧客と同行による通訳の為の海外出張
海外仕入先や海外イベントへの同行
