業務内容

Business Process is responsible for a wide range of back-office operations in the procurement department, and promotes the rationalization and optimization of procurement/purchasing business processes.As a candidate for a management position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, mainly focusing on the following:
Main responsibilities:

• Procurement activities for general purchased goods and services, and indirect materials
• Promotion of supplier/commodity strategies through data analysis
• Promotional support for cost reduction activities and internal improvement activities
• Optimization of procurement through information sharing and collaboration with overseas sister companies
• Purchase unit price registration, contract conclusion management, response to external/internal audits and investigation requests, etc.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in purchasing/procurement work in the manufacturing industry or equivalent practical experience
• Active communication skills with internal and external parties, and negotiation and coordination skills with supplier companies
• Logical thinking and judgment skills , and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of laws and regulations related to procurement/purchasing (antitrust law, subcontracting law, etc.)・
• Basic business execution ability in English (email and conference calls, etc.)

Preferred qualifications:

• Automotive industry or electronic parts manufacturer Experience in purchasing/procurement operations and practical experience in using ERP (SAP)
