  The function owner lead(FO Lead) has to ensure that the delivered system fulfills the customer requirements and expectations in respect to end customer function(s).   Main responsibilities:

  Manages the Functional Core Team and ensures the alignment of all involved development Metiers such as Function Owners, SW Architect, SW Project Manager, SW and System Test Lead, Functional Safety Engineer, SW Requirement Engineer
  Ensures that SIQs mapped in his/her function(s) are answered
  Responsible for Functional decomposition and endures one Function one spec concept is deployed
  Contributes to the Functions scope inside the System Release Plan for his/her customer function(s)
  Establishes and monitors an aligned timing with the customer Interface and the Functional Core Team for each internal and customer release
  In case of deviations define together with the Functional Core Team countermeasures
  In case the Functional Core Team cannot solve the issue by itself escalates the topic to the System TPM and provides adequate information and proposals for decision making
  Manages the change management process in terms of QCT for all changes related to his/her customer function(s).

  Develop safety requirements and specifications for autonomous vehicle components, subsystems, and software, ensuring alignment with safety standards and regulations
  Conduct and collaborate on safety validation and verification activities, including testing and simulations, to assess the effectiveness of safety measures and identify areas for improvement
  Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry partners, to stay up-to-date with safety requirements and contribute to the development of safety standards for autonomous vehicles
