The Human Resources Business Partner
will be responsible for implementing defined initiatives and initiating local action based on global guidelines and policies.
The goal is to ensure compliance with processes and guidelines, and proactively support People Managers so that they effectively perform their leadership role (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Planning).
The Human Resources Business Partner will also ensure compliance to Labor Law.
■JOb Description：
・Advise managers in HR-related topics in compliance with HR policies and guidelines
・Support, guide and coach managers in performance management, training needs definition, identification and fostering of high-potentials, succession and career planning (including the facilitation of talent conferences), and Talent Acquisition (including selection process);
・Design and/or roll-out of various People initiatives
・Initiate and support employee engagement initiatives, taking into account local specifics to support, foster and strengthen a positive company culture
・Support in analysing data from employee Pulse Check survey, and generate ideas and proposals for effective HR-led initiatives
・Facilitation of workshops for managers and employees
・Advise and support business in local workforce planning, anticipate/evaluate and coordinate local recruiting needs
・Discuss pay strategy, conduct job evaluation with functional Heads for newly-created roles, with support from Centers of Expertises; analyze data from salary survey, provide insights to line managers for decision making
・Work together with HR Service Partner and employee representatives to define and initiate updates to the working regulations and Employee Handbook
・Support reorganizations
・Design and implement retention programs according to local needs in line with guidance from global Centres of Expertise
・Support the exit management process (e.g. conduct exit interviews)
・Ensure compliance to Labor Law

■業務内容：
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic people consultation across the HDD – Technology business function for Hard Disk Drives (HDD) in Japan. This role will own and drive the Site General Manager’s talent strategy - translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans. You will also partner with the business and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver on the internal HR strategy. The role will need to lead cross-functionally to design and deliver programs.

Act as a talent strategist, trusted advisor, and leadership coach to senior executive leaders.
・Own and drive the function’s talent strategy in alignment with the business strategy, engaging as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to senior leaders and site General Managers.
・Diagnose workforce needs and gaps with a data-driven approach to inform priorities related to workforce planning, organization design, culture, succession planning and leader development.
・Build strong relationships with senior executive leaders and General Managers, coaching and influencing them along our technology transformation.
・Maintain a pulse on the employee experience through engagement data and regular formal and informal listening sessions to inform action plans with leaders.

- Nature and aim of the position
This is a management position reporting to the VP Accounting & Statutory Reporting • Finance - Accounting & Administration to ensure appropriate control over local financial and accounting related operations in cooperation with the central accounting team in the group. Design and prepare the workflow, procedure, logistics and documentation required for product launch and business operation driving the cross-functional teams.
Plan and execute TAVI marketing tactics, especially for messaging for brand positioning and differentiation, peer to peer event to demonstrate product benefit, and activities to deepen customer engagement in TAVI market.
Set appropriate KPIs (leading KPIs, activity KPIs, clinical KPIs and performance KPIs) for marketing tactics, analyze data and track to take timely corrective actions as necessary
Leverage customer relationships, technical expertise and product knowledge to plan and coordinate new launches, and provide the sales team with appropriate messaging, campaigns and tools highlighting objective, relevant differentiation.
Develop promotional tools and optimize others provided by Global Marketing; launch with appropriate localization, training, and tracking.
Create open, productive lines of communication between the sales and clinical team and all other areas that affect the product: Regional and Global Marketing, RA, QA, etc.
Provide clinical and sales staff with clinical knowledge and promotional guidance, ensuring products are targeted appropriately to satisfy customer needs and expectations.
Stay up-to-date on key publications, trials, indications, society guidelines, and market dynamics and reflect to the communication / marketing strategy
Interface with Public Relations firms, market research companies; design agencies and other vendors and customers to effectively grow business in a profitable manner while maintaining a customer focus throughout all activities.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with key customer accounts as well as market influencers.
The TAVI Product Manager is responsible for achievement of the goals and objectives associated with their products including revenue, margin, and expense budget.
