TV広告などのメディアbuying、スタジアムの電光掲示板に対する時間枠の獲得、またOff,On関わらず消費者がどのように商品の購入に至ったかをモニタリング・効果測定を行うなど試行錯誤しながら、昇進の魅力を最大限に届けていく魅力的なポジションです。

This position is responsible for leading and assisting the development of integrated marketing communication (IMC) with key focus to paid media strategy and planning for projects across brand marketing (Always-on Brand Advertisement, Occasion Marketing, New Product Launches, and Brand Events).
■業務内容:
【INSIGHTS & ANALYSIS】- Analysis of consumer insights and media habits, and translating it to actionable strategy and execution.
- Curiosity and proactive mindset to discover opportunity in media trend and/or consumer media consumption behavior where the brand can further strengthen its brand equity towards consumer.
【TOUCH POINT STRATEGY & PAID MEDIA PLANNING】- Objective driven touchpoint and paid media planning, with efficiency and effectiveness, including bring to life the campaign concept/idea through appropriate consumer journey, identifying clear role for paid, earned, managed, and owned.
- Proactive touchpoint and media ideation (online & offline) that creates deep engagement and/or create WOW brand moments for consumers.
【PROJECT MANAGEMENT】- Effective management of assigned projects, from business strategy & objective setting, agency briefing, project timeline management, to final execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration with the company internal functions (Marketing functions, Off- & On-Premise team, Finance), headquarter counterparts, and also agency partners.
【PAID MEDIA PERFORMANCE & QUALITY CONTROL INCLUDING COMMUNICATION PLATFORM MANAGEMENT】- Dedicated effort to achieve & maximize paid media performance (esp. TV, OOH and Online Ad) against measurable objective, including post-execution review and implications for future projects.
- Management of communication platforms e.g. LINE official account as a part of paid media planning.
【CREATIVE ADAPTATION & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT】- Lead the local adaptation of HQ-developed creative to maximize relevance and effectiveness for Japanese consumers.
■KEY RESULT AND DELIVERABLES:- Achievement of agreed individual annual objectives.
- Delivers the Brand Marketing Business Plan.
- Development of key brand indicators: Top of mind awareness, P12M & P4W Trial, Trial at key Occasions and brand images.
- Successful planning, execution, review of IMC and paid media plans, while strengthening the collaboration with internal functions as well as external partners.
- Assisting the Senior Brand Manager/Head of Brand Marketing in the development of briefs, PPT documents, alignment with key stakeholders, related to assigned Brand Marketing topics and projects.

■必須要件:- University degree
- +3~5 years of B to C marketing with direct experience of touchpoint planning, media campaign management and creative production under holistic integrated marketing communications planning, in advertising agency and/or brand marketing (client).
- Basic knowledge and experience of managing B to C brand marketing (FMCG brand experience plus) and paid media campaign management, including understanding of basic media planning method & theory
- Experience in digital & social paid media led campaigns, communication platform management experience is also preferred
- Basic knowledge and experience of creative production process – plus to have
- Objective & result-oriented, with proven track-record of showing results
- Strong project management and interpersonal skill – be able to take the “driver seat” and lead internal & external stakeholders to deliver quality output within the timeline
- Logical & analytical thinking skills to collect data, analyze, and form implication & strategy
- Proactive curiosity to understand consumer/category/media landscape
- Attention to detail and high level of a self-organized working-style
- High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values with “Entrepreneurial” mindset
- Business level English – written and spoken.
