業務内容

■イタリアのラグジュアリーブランドにて【Merchandising Senior Manager】を募集いたします。
◎マネージメント経験なくても大丈夫です！
-Company-This brand is one of the high-end fashion brands, known for its sophisticated design and cutting-edge style. It is particularly recognized for its youthful and playful designs, offering a wide range of products including bags, shoes, and accessories. The parent company is a renowned Italian luxury brand.
-Role-Merchandising Senior Manager is responsible for her/his assigned category in the different channels in Japan and Islands (Retail/ E-commerce). She/He will take care of all the activity with Omnichannel mindset (Buying, Network/Distribution, Markdown) to ensure the full potential performance as well as cross-functional cooperation with other departments to achieve the regional target and Sell-Through results.
-Key Accountabilities-

• Work with Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales/sell-through targets
• Manage and monitor sales performance daily/monthly/annually to achieve sales budget
• Plan buying strategy and align with report line and HQ team
• Identify target assortment for matching regional market needs to maximize sales opportunity
• Product training for regional team, including stores before the launch of new season as well as in season
• Work for special projects such as (Capsules, Store Events, Store Restyling, Popup, Gaisho events etc.)
• Manage and monitor inventory level to maximize sales and keep stable inventory for carry over by store level and to reach sell-through target of seasonal options
• Conduct extensive market research and analysis
• Create strong collaboration with VMD, Retail, Stores and other related divisions

■Qualifications

• 10年以上のMerchandising経験
• ２年以上のラグジュアリー業界での経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• 出張が可能な方
