業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements to data requirements and deliver integrated data solutions that drive decision-making and business growth.
• Helps break down silos and unify data, ensuring seamless integration and consistency in analytics processes and data governance.
• Conducts data analysis, including exploratory analysis to derive actionable insights from various datasets.
• Occasionally develops and maintains data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Designs and develops KPI dashboard.
• Supports the implementation data strategy and supervises the change management activities including training, user support and communication.
• Liaises with local IT partner and the Transformation Office to effectively manage the allocated internal/ external resources.

Minimum requirements:

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills: Expertly aligns stakeholders in the fast-paced startup environment, fostering understanding and buy-in for data and analytics initiatives while effectively multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to thrive in a multi-cultural team: Flourishes in the diverse atmosphere, fostering collaboration and driving innovation within multicultural teams.
• Able to quickly understands the data & analytics requirements and KPIs in digital and ecommerce: Rapidly comprehends data and analytics needs in digital and ecommerce landscapes, translating them into actionable insights for business success.
• Technical-and-Functional knowledge: Proficiency in PaaS (Google Cloud Platform is the platform of choice), coupled with hands-on experience in in ETL processes, Power BI dashboard development and analytics languages like Python or R, as well as SQL.
• Language: Business level proficiency in English and fluency in Japanese.
