業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Committed to the product team from the planning stage and will support the product manager with project objectives, evaluation metrics, and outcomes.
• Conduct hands-on analysis and proof of concept, create prototypes, and deepen understanding inside and outside of the project to increase probability of success while maintaining accountability.
• Select, design, and implement technology for systems that include machine learning components, keeping in mind trade-offs such as performance (accuracy, processing speed that affects UX, etc.), cost, and lead time.
• Use dedicated information sharing tools to share information such as know-how and meeting minutes.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Possess the following general knowledge, skills, and experience as a software engineer:
  • WebApp development knowledge and skills
  • Understand the general structure of general web applications
  • Backend application development experience (design and implementation) (Sr. Backend engineer level preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience
• Experience working on and continuously improving software development projects that have one of the core components of advanced algorithms such as machine learning, search, recommendation, natural language processing, image processing, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with business/engineers.
• Japanese Fluent level or higher.
• English business level or higher.
