業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Inventory Management incl. 3PL communication, KPI tracking, cost optimization etc.
• Demo Machine and sample products Management
• Logistics Operation Management
• Trade Compliance Management for the outbound team
• Implementation of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) tasks in daily business
• Co-Leadership of the warehouse outsourcing project for Safety Products
• Engagement in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Leadership of the inventory to delivery team
• Collaboration with other departments

業務内容：

• 在庫管理、3PL(3rd Party Logistics)とのコミュニケーション、KPIの進捗管理、コストの最適化など
• デモ機とサンプル製品の管理
• 物流オペレーションの管理
• アウトバウンド(出荷)チームの貿易コンプライアンスの管理
• 日常業務におけるEHS (環境 健康 安全)タスクの実施
• Safety事業部製品の倉庫アウトソーシングプロジェクトにおけるコリーダーの役割
• 業務効率向上のための取り組みへの関与
• 在庫から配送までを管理するチームでのリーダーシップの発揮
• 他部門とのコラボレーション

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Assistant
• Manager in SCM
• Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
• Business level of English and Native level of Japanese in communication
• Advanced skills in SAP MM(Material Management )/SD（Sales and Distribution Module）on Key User level MM(Material Management
• PC skill：MS365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be proactive and take initiatives
• Interpersonal skills
• Hands on style

必須要件：

• チームリーダーまたはアシスタント・マネジャーとしての3年以上の経験
• サプライチェーンにおける5年以上の経験
• 英語ビジネスレベル、日本語ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• モジュール)/SD(Sales and Distribution モジュール)を扱うSAPキーユーザーレベルの知識スキル
• PCスキル：MS365(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teams等)
• 細部へのこだわり
• 積極的に行動できる方
• 対人スキル
• ハンズオンで業務を進められる
