業務内容

• Develop comprehensive datasets: identify critical datasets for business analytics and work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain comprehensive and easy-to-use datasets
• Internal dataset examples: sales performance, field activity KPIs, ROI on commercial events
• External dataset examples: treatment patterns/epidemiology, customer profiles/segmentations, competitive intelligence
• Build analytics capability: Develop and execute an annual analytics plan for key products and business functions by leveraging internal and external resources
• Run analytics: Analyze varieties of internal and external datasets through close cooperation with business functions (i.e., Medical, Marketing, Sales) to provide business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Design market research: develop and validate business hypothesis by designing and executing periodical market research for key products in collaboration with external market research agencies
• Report to Executive Officers: design and develop a management dashboard for company executive officers and contribute to timely problem-solving and strategy adjustments
• Manage budget: review and manage a functional budget and continuously explore a cost efficient approach via the best mix of in-house and out sourced resource allocation

応募条件

• Minimum of University Degree. MBA or data analytics degree a plus
• Professional experience:
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in with minimum of 5 years in the healthcare industry
• Skillset:
• Technical skills:
• Good analytical skills with ability to understand business requirements
• Experienced in multichannel CRM customer engagement models in pharmaceutical industry.
• Versed in the pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations and its applicability to business analytics.
• Soft skills:
• Able to develop strong relationships with complex customer groups/stakeholders and leverage internal and external resources and expertise to understand business strategy, future direction, changes and needs and opportunities to deliver value adding solutions.
• Ability to master complexity, decomposing large complex problems into manageable components
• Fluent both in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
