業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Support each business leaders for budgeting, forecasting process and strategic planning (5 years Plan)
  • Maintain and submit Budget, Rolling Forecast and Strategic Plan via Hyperion Planning
• Variance analysis
  • Perform variance analysis for operating expense, Cogs, and sales to ensure integrity of information and performance against budget or forecast
• Provide monthly cash forecast
  • Submit 3 month rolling forecast to Treasury via SAGE.
• Management Report
  • Provide key Monthly Management P&L Reports for business review
• Others (ad hoc)
  • Participate system migration project from local accounting package to SAP
  • Work with international team for enhancement of financial reporting tools

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree　
• Strong accounting or FP&A and computer skill (3+ years’ accounting or FP&A experience, Microsoft Office)
• Understanding of IFRS or US GAAP
• Native-level Japanese and Business-level English
• Must be a self-starter and a good communicator, who enjoys challenges to grow our company together

 Preferred qualifications:

• Cost Accounting skill
• Knowledge and experience of ERP (SAP or Oracle) or Financial Planning tools(Hyperion Planning)
• Flexible and adaptable in dealing with new situations and environment
• CPA qualification is plus
