業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Create and build up Japan Footwear and Hardware (Packs and Bags)
• Merchandising strategy, JP Whole product line and DTC channel product line.
• DTC channel Footwear and Hardware products Seasonal buying support.
• Create initial products (Footwear and Hardware) marketing plan.
• Create Footwear and Hardware sales forecast.
• JP Whole Footwear and Hardware products Seasonal buying according to demand
• forecast.
• Seasonal JP GTM execution support.
• Seasonal SMU plan execution support.
• Analyzing market trend and expect future market opportunities.
• Analyzing product performance in DTC channels and B2B channels by each
• season.
• Good knowledge of comapny products and competitor products.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• A person with one or more of the following experiences:
  • Over 5 years’ experiences as Footwear or Hardware (Packs and Bags)
  • merchandiser or product development management in Outdoor or Sports
  • industries.
  • Over 5 years' experience as Retail merchandiser in Outdoor or Sports industries.
  • Over 8 years’ experience as Whole sales representative in outdoor or sports
  • industries.
• Knowledge of outdoor or sports industries, especially Footwear and Hardware (Packs
• and Bags).
• Enough experience to use “Microsoft Office” (Excel, Power Point, Word) on daily
• tasks.
• Fluent level communication in both of English and Japanese
