業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the product manager, responsible for implementation planning, estimation, risk management, and project delivery.
• Monitor, coordinate and report progress to stakeholders
• Lead the Scrum development process and support team progress
• Responsible for communication and management with external vendors including offshore development
• Utilize appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance and continuously improve.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of project management or program management experience
• Practical experience in Scrum and Agile development in a medium-sized or larger development organization
• Experience in securing development personnel and managing vendors using outsourcing resources
• Experience in risk management and estimate creation
• Experience building relationships, negotiating, and building consensus with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
