業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Owning all technical aspects of delivery (e.g. design, test, go-live) of media, web and security solutions
• Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers through delivering value with every engagement
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic customers
• Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure value and usability from our products
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Understanding of how the internet (IP, DNS and routing, HTTP, TCP or web architecture) works
• Experience using languages such as Java, Python or PHP and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Fundamental understanding of Linux/Unix systems alongside scripting languages such as Python, PERL and JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services
• Experience solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills showing your ability to articulate technical information
• Japanese level: Fluent
• English level: Conversational
