業務内容

• Facilities Planning for Gateway, Station and Office: direct the design, ordering, and installation of equipment and furniture, and coordinate physical moves into new locations in order to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Project Management: plan and recommend financial budgets, provide technical support, negotiate, award, and administer contracts to comply with business plans in Japan, maintain accurate financial and construction records as well as audit and approve all applications for payments, manage and coordinate requirements for the planning, design, consult on the development of facility projects in order to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within approved budgets.
• Off-Airport and Airport Lease Management: develop capital and lease expenditure requests for projects and monitor the financial approval process, conduct market studies, develop and coordinate leases, business items and negotiate in conjunction with the regional business plan. Manage all facility-related projects and leases for airport and off airport facilities in Japan.

応募条件

• Bachelor's degrees in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Engineering/Real Estate Management, or similar discipline
• Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management experience in facility design, construction, lease hold improvement, interior fit-out, real estate, and/or admin of capital projects.
• Logical thinking and capable of articulating complex problems and solution.
• Project management in best practices
• Fluency in written and spoken Japanese and English are mandatory.
• Welcome foreigner who studied and worked in Japan with possessing knowledge of Japan Properties market.
• Excel (pivot table, etc.)
• Candidates with less relevant experience can be considered for specialist (lower role).
