業務内容
  • Regional business development, marketing and strategic planning to shape the future of the company's semiconductor and module activities in the regions. Ambassador of Semiconductor Business Line, leading its strategic growth in Japan and S. Korea and represent the business line at customer meetings and industry events.  
  • Detailed analysis and monitoring of the industry dynamics in the regions, relevant to the business line and company’s activities. Implement current strategic initiatives and identify new opportunies (markets, applications, customers) 
  • Research new accounts, open new doors, prepare customer presentations, visit customers, generate new leads.
  • Build regional industry, customer and application map and support internally with development of applications and technology roadmaps in close collaboration with sales and business line strategists
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, roadmaps and strategies. Analyze customer requirements and derive technical specifications and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with highly skilled subject matter specialists, strategists and regional sales to support collaborative strategies, R&D projects and customer acquisition programs.
  • Lead market intelligence needs for the Semiconductor Business Line in the regions and coordinate with the Market Intelligence team.
  • Lead strategic marketing activities for the Semiconductor Business Line in the regions in close collaboration with the Marketing & Communication department.
応募条件
Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth):
  • 5 years + work experience in Business Development, Marketing or Strategy role, preferably in the Semiconductor industry
  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering, Marketing, Microelectronics or similar. MBA strongly preffered
  • Technical knowledge of the electronic industry, including semiconductors and advanced packaging, ideally with module integration and substrate background
  • Strategic thinker, analytical with excellent marketing and presentation skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, open-minded and with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Powerpoint
  • Fluency in English required
Expected outcomes:
  • Business Development: identification and detailed analysis of applications and markets to be targeted by the Semiconductor Business Lines in the regions
  • Market Monitoring: Identify emerging trends in the regions, monitor industry dynamics, deep understanding of competitive landscape and differentiation.
  • Strategy Planning and Implementation: detailed analysis of the industry activities in the regions, implementation of current strategic initiatives and plan strategic initiatives for future growth.
  • Thought leadership & Strategic Marketing: build awareness around semiconductor and module activities in the regions; organize roadshows and actively participate and present at customers, industry organizations and conferences
