業務内容

Sales Revenue:

• Achieve/Exceed F&B portfolio growth requirements through the addition of new applications/new accounts, the retention of current customers base, the wallet share gain at existing customers.
• Derive - appropriate Japan’ specific plans/initiatives - from strategic global/regional directions.
• Manage Japan F&B P&L as per contribution requirements set by regional leader.
• Review/Prepare weekly reports against budget/forecasts targets.
• Review/Prepare timely forecasts, funnel/bowler reports as required.

People Leadership:

• Lead F&B Team to deliver sustainable growth compliantly.
• Coach/ Develop F&B Team to enhance their individual performances using Danaher Performance for Growth cycle.
• Identify associates learning and development’s needs and arrange for these to be fulfilled.
• Improve continuously F&B Japan “white space” (succession plan)

Business Management:

• Implement DBS (Danaher Business System) tools eg. Standard Works, Visual Management/Daily Management, Problem Solving Program, Growth Room, Funnel Management.
• Partner with Operation team, Finance, Technical team, Marketing – for support Japan initiatives.
• Comply with all Occupational Health Safety & Environment requirements

応募条件

• A science or engineering qualification from a recognized tertiary institution; may also include post graduate degree and/or relevant work experience.
• People leader in Sales and/or Sales management experiences.
• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills both in English and Japanese.
• Competent in the use of computer software including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess a thorough understanding of the Food and Beverage markets.
• Have a technical aptitude and understand the major processes involved with the manufacture of Food and Beverage products.
• Possess an in-depth knowledge on the entire Pall Food and Beverage products range, applications and services.
• Understanding and knowledge of competitor products, services and strategies.
• Knowledge of SAP (BI reporting, Qlikview) and SFDC.
